The next seven days promise to be thoroughly entertaining for telly watchers – and with Death in Paradise’s schedule shakeup, there will be a double dose from Saint Marie. The BBC’s seductive, tense and messy drama Conversations with Friends will also get a new lease of life on Netflix, and there are more treats coming your way from the streamer.
Netflix’s popular action thriller The Night Agent – that fans say will keep you “entertained, engaged and hooked” (via audience reactions on Rotten Tomatoes) – is back for season three. And if after that you’re still looking for your next mystery fix, then Apple TV has you sorted with Jennifer Garner and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau’s returning thriller series.

Death in Paradise
Death in Paradise fans get more bang for their buck this week, as the cosy murder mystery drama will arrive twice. Siobhan Finneran will guest star in the third episode of the season, which airs on Monday, to make up for not airing last week.
The BBC murder mystery series will then be back again at its usual slot of Friday 9pm.
Death in Paradise will air on Monday 16 February and Friday 20 February at 9pm on BBC One.

The Night Agent, season 3
FBI agent Peter Sutherland (Gabriel Basso) leads this action-packed thriller, which is one of Netflix’s big returning hits.
Season three promises “new thrills, new worlds, new stunts, new characters, and new adventures”, according to series creator, executive producer, and showrunner Shawn Ryan (via Tudum).
The Night Agent season 3 is available to watch from Thursday 19 February on Netflix.

The Last Thing He Told Me, season 2
Jennifer Garner’s tense mystery thriller The Last Thing He Told Me returns for a second season.
The drama kicks off once again when missing husband Owen (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) returns after five years on the run. Now Garner’s Hannah and her stepdaughter Bailey (Angourie Rice) are thrust into yet more chaos as they attempt to reunite their family before the dangers of the past come knocking.
The Last Thing He Told Me, season 2 is available to watch from Friday 20 February on Apple TV.

Queens of Mystery
Described by UKTV as a “wickedly offbeat murder mystery”, Queens of Mystery makes its way to U&Drama and follows detective Mattie Stone (Olivia Vinall) and her three renowned crime writer aunts.
Described in the synopsis as “perennially single”, Mattie demystifies incredulous murder cases with the help of her aunts whose assistance unwontedly extends to her love life.
In between batting off blind dates and solving crime, Mattie is also obsessed with a deeply personal problem – the disappearance of her mother Eleanor, which serves as the on-going thread to the episodic murder mysteries.

Based on the novel by Catherine Ryan Howard, this new series sees Oliver (Avan Jogia) and Ciara’s (Agent’s of Shield’s Dove Cameron) love story begin with a supermarket meet-cute, where the pair fall fast and hard for one another. But their tale turns to tragedy when, 56 days later, homicide investigators discover an unidentified body in Oliver’s home.
The series has been described by Prime Video as “both a unique crime story and a riveting, sexy, psychological thriller”.
56 Days is available to watch from Wednesday 18 February on Prime Video.

Conversations with Friends
The BBC’s romantically tangled and messy drama Conversations with Friends makes its way to Netflix this week, and may just be your next binge watch. When exes and best friends Frances (Alison Oliver) and Bobbi (Sasha Lane) become acquainted with the married writer and actor Melissa (Jemima Kirke) and Nick (Joe Alwyn), an intense and seductive story unfolds.
Based on Sally Rooney’s novel, the synopsis reads: “While Melissa and Bobbi flirt with each other openly, Nick and Frances embark on an intense, secret affair that is surprising to them both. Soon the affair begins to test the bond between Frances and Bobbi, forcing Frances to reconsider her sense of self, and the friendship she holds so dear.”
