Karen Koster has said she ‘may never shut up’ after she completed her first-ever Hyrox this weekend.
Hyrox is a fitness phenomenon that has been taking the world by storm, comprising an 8km run along with eight workout stations.
The form of exercise has become immensely popular in the last year or so, with Karen among those hopping on the Hyrox train this weekend.

The Virgin Media star took part in Hyrox Malaga alongside her sister-in-law Emily McGuire, with the women finishing 28th in their age category.
Taking to her social media , Karen shared some photos from the milestone moment, including a shot from outside the Palacio de Ferias y Congresos de Málaga, where the event took place.
Another snap saw Karen and Emily posing alongside a sign which read: ‘MY FIRST HYROX.’

The blonde beauties both wore black shorts, with Karen opting for a dark pink top and her sister-in-law going for a lighter pink top.
‘We did a Hyrox, and I may never shut up about it!’ Karen shared, ‘What started as a spontaneous suggestion with my sis-in-law Emily in January, backed up by zero research, we made our way to Malaga and did something I genuinely never thought possible. So proud of us!
Karen went on to thank the coaches she trained with during preparation, and paid tribute to Emily, noting: ‘There’s literally no one else in the world who could get me up for 6 am classes in January.

‘I’ll lunge all day for you, if you’ll always finish the wall balls.’
Friends and followers took to the comments, with Ireland AM presenter Tommy Bowe praising: ‘Class. Well done.’
Greg O’Shea added: ‘Let’s gooooooo. Well done, awesome to see.’ While radio presenter Claire Byrne lauded: ‘Congrats Karen!’
