For our health’s sake, we are told we should have 150 minutes of moderate exercise or 75 minutes of high intensity exercise a week. For me, finding time for this is a problem, but I know I really need a fitness regime.

Yet new studies suggest that just a few minutes of short bursts of physical activity daily can improve fitness and health.
