Dorian Yates’ Daily Supplement Stack
Yates shared his full supplement stack that he takes daily:
Yates explained that he uses marijuana, CBD and THC, as an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. He also uses Whey Protein and mixes it with a sugar to fix any issue with blood sugar.
“Whey is a great protein. They used to throw it away before but it doesn’t mean it doesn’t have some value. Whey protein is a first-class protein. If you’re concerned about blood sugar, you can always mix it with some fat. Put some coconut oil in the shake or something like that.”
When it comes to his diet plan, Dorian Yates shared that he eats close to how he used to. This includes a meal of 50 grams of oats with egg whites. While he focused on carbs at the start of the day during his career, he now needs them before going to sleep.
“Half an hour before I went to bed. If I was to not eat for three or four hours before bed, I’m not sleeping. I just need some carbs just to help with serotonin production or something. That’s how I eat now. I eat carbs in the evening with my dinner, sweet potatoes or rice.”
Dorian Yates has shared many methods during his career and it has continued in retirement. He has kept his health a major priority while sculpting a shredded physique.
