1. Kathy drops a bombshellkathy beale, ian beale, eastenders

When the day of Jonno’s funeral arrives, Kathy encourages her family to rally around Callum.

Before leaving, Callum tells Johnny to keep his distance from the send-off so that he doesn’t attract suspicion about their relationship. Subsequently, the smitten couple kiss, but neither of them are aware that Kathy has caught them in the act.

At the next opportunity, Kathy reveals to the Mitchell family that Callum has betrayed Ben with Johnny. How will the loyal clan respond to the revelation?

2. Kojo triggers concernkojo, gina knight, junior, george knight, eastenders

Having returned from a getaway with Gina, Harry is thrown into panic mode when Kojo collapses in the garage. Soon, the mechanic susses out that Kojo is still working for Ravi and Okie, which encourages him to try and reason with the gang member. Ravi refuses to budge, so Harry turns to Teddy instead.

Can Teddy free his son from the world of crime?

3. Eve shares her hope for a babysuki kaur panesar, eve unwin, eastenders

Following the sale of their house, Priya, Ravi, Avani and Nugget move back into No 41, where Suki tries to fix her relationship with the family.

While talking with Avani, Suki receives encouragement to build bridges with Eve, and the couple agree to meet up for a drink.

At The Albert, it’s tricky between Suki and Eve, before Eve reveals that she wants to adopt a baby with her wife.

Elsewhere, George checks on Kojo but ends up being too overbearing and suffers a cold shoulder as a result.

4. Ben Mitchell arrivescallum highway, ben mitchell, eastenders

After Phil, Kathy, Billy, Honey, Ian and Harvey express their feelings to Callum, the copper retorts with some home truths of his own. Defiant, Callum then heads off to track Johnny down. In front of him, Callum declares that he’s serious about their relationship and he wants him to attend the funeral after all.

Owing to Johnny’s persuasion, Stuart turns up for proceedings, while Kathy and the Mitchells make a pact to keep Ben in the dark about his marriage on the basis that Callum tells Ben and Lexi exactly what he’s been up to after the funeral comes to an end.

Callum agrees to the conditions set out to him; however, he’s stunned to the core when Ben arrives at the funeral out of the blue.

5. Teddy takes a huge riskteddy mitchell, harry mitchell, eastenders

Feeling protective, Teddy convinces Harry not to hand himself over to the police. Instead, Teddy vows to sort things out himself, but Ravi instructs him to stay out of his business.

Later, Teddy convinces his eldest to treat Kojo and Gina for dinner. With the trio out of the way, Teddy tries to catch Ravi out by entering Kojo’s flat.

But when Ravi and Okie return unexpectedly, can Teddy stay under the radar?

6. Ross struggles to copeross, eastenders

Joel causes even more anguish for Ross and Vicki when he voices his sexist attitude yet again. In response, Ross tries to have a word with his son, but Joel snaps back at him and stalks off.

With Vicki and Ross at a complete loss over what to do next, will Joel’s behaviour continue to spiral?

7. Callum makes a bold decisioncallum highway, eastenders

By Jonno’s graveside, Ben supports Callum, who is shocked by his husband’s unexpected presence at the funeral.

Meanwhile, Johnny and Stuart do all they can to keep Callum’s secret from being exposed.

After the funeral, Phil and Kathy are over the moon to see Ben as he explains that he was granted release after being transferred to a prison in the UK, following his decision to become an informant on his cell mate. Although, it’s clear that both Phil and Kathy are distracted and thinking about Callum’s infidelity.

In The Vic, Johnny insists to Callum that Ben shouldn’t know about their romance, but Callum concludes that he needs to come clean.

Later in the week, Kathy and Julie tell Phil that he should visit Ben on his way to the airport.

8. Priya receives a shockvinny panesar, suki kaur panesar, priya nandra hart, eastenders

Unaware of Eve’s desire to adopt, Priya is stunned to find Suki searching for information on the subject.

After the mum-of-two realises that Suki is weighing up adoption with Eve, the rest of the family share their judgement that Suki is a bad mother.

Having been warned off adopting, Suki visits Eve at No 31. What will she have to say?

9. Harry suspects the worstharry mitchell, eastenders

As Harry dodges George’s questions, both men feel worried about Kojo.

Gina and Anna then insist that George stop being overbearing towards his brother, but Harry is mortified to discover that Okie has booked Kojo in to visit a car show away from Walford.

Knowing that it’s a ruse for another criminal job, can Harry save Kojo?

10. Joel turns violentjoel marshall, eastenders

BBC

An important debate is sparked in Walford after Joel and Tommy trigger an incident at their school. Both parents and teens talk over the impact of what has taken place, as well as the effects of harmful content online. Age and gender both play important roles in how different residents perceive the incident, while peers, parents and children all continue to engage in conversation.

Kat, Alfie, Ross and Vicki try to step in and police Joel and Tommy on their sexist views – however, things become nasty when Joel lashes out and hits Vicki. How badly is she injured?
