The Functional Fitness MOT, aimed at over-50s, is restarting on Wednesday, January 28, at 51 Hamilton Way.

Running from 1pm to 2.30pm, the sessions are held on the last Wednesday of each month.

The programme offers one-to-one fitness checks, assessing strength, balance, flexibility and stamina.

It also provides information about physical activity opportunities in the local area.

Organisers say the class is a great way to stay active and meet others, whether participants are looking to boost fitness or just have some fun.
