Mum-of-five Stacey Solomon is no stranger to sharing insights into her family life with husband Joe Swash and their extended brood on social media. On Sunday (28 September), however, Stacey shared an especially sweet post with her oldest son, Zach, about a trip the two had taken together.
In a ‘role-reversal’ moment, Stacey revealed that Zach had taken her to spend some one-on-one time in Amsterdam ‘to make memories’. The star said it was ‘a special kind of feeling’ when your ‘grown up son takes you to make memories & the roles start to reverse’. Addressing Zach directly in the caption she said, ‘you’re a special one’, adding ‘thank you for the best day. To the moon & back Zachy.’
Stacey also shared a selection of photographs from their trip together, revealing the mother-son duo in co-ordinating outfits. Both Zach and Stacey wore trainers and matching co-ord sets; Zach in autumnal brown and Stacey in grey, with a brown jacket over the top.

With autumn now underway, Stacey has been back to her DIY and recently shared some of her creative Halloween decorations. In a video clip, she shared a tutorial of how she made a genius skeleton witch with a self-stirring cauldron. The cauldron even admits spooky ‘smoke’.
In a caption, Stacey explained while Joe was away and the kids were at school she’d decided to ‘get Sharon the skeleton out & make Halloween displays 😂 I hope this makes someone out there somewhere as happy as it made me.’
