Former EastEnders star Aidan O’Callaghan has teased a switch to Coronation Street for a dramatic flashback episode that will take a look at the new owners of the Rovers Return, the Driscolls.
Last month it was reported that the former EastEnders villain would be trading in Walford for Weatherfield to star in an upcoming episode of Corrie about newcomer Ben Driscoll’s past.

In the flashback episode, which will explore Ben’s family history from back when he and his brother were children, O’Callaghan will reportedly play a character called Alan.

After striking up a friendship with Ben Mitchell, Lewis tried to take their relationship to another level, but when Ben turned down his advances, Lewis raped him and the villain eventually left the soap.
