Life Time, a health club at 3850 Richmond Road in Beachwood, was sold for over $26 million, according to Cuyahoga County real estate records.

The 112,000-square-foot center opened in 2010 and operates as a country club-like facility with membership required to access the amenities.

Life Time seeks to go above a typical gym, according to its website, and offers cycling, yoga and strength classes while employing personal trainers to help members live a healthy and fit lifestyle. The Beachwood location has a spa, sauna, steam rooms, rock climbing, indoor and outdoor pools, an exercise area with equipment, a basketball court, pickleball courts, a cafe and a business center.

The facility is open from 4 a.m. to midight weekdays and 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends.

Two Delaware-based companies are mentioned in the sale as AGNL Exercise LLC is listed as transferring ownership of the property over to NO SWEAT (MULTI) LLC.

The building is owned and opereated by Life Time, Inc. a wellness company founded in 1992 in Chanhassen, Minn., that operates over 185 locations in the United States and Canada. Besides Beachwood, locations in Ohio include: Dublin, Easton, Pickerington and Upper Arlington in the Columbus area and Deerfield Township in the Cincinnati area.
