This Morning presenter Alison Hammond has undergone quite the transformation over the years as she dropped around 11-stone in weight thanks to an old-school exercise regime after being told she was prediabetic.
Tapping into things like Reformer Pilates and leaning into a healthier, more balanced lifestyle, the daytime TV host revealed she felt “absolutely incredible” after adopting the strength training into her daily routine.
Fans and famous friends have noticed the dramatic change in the 51-year-old’s appearance as she posts up a storm on social media, sharing the results of her weight loss that has been five years in the making.
On a recent Instagram post shared by Alison, who was wearing a mini-dress and heels, fellow TV star Ferne McCann commented, “errrrm hello you look insane,” while Nicola Thorp added “STUNNA”.
As Alison enjoys showing off her new look, HELLO! looked back at the star’s gradual weight loss that happened across the course of half a decade.

The TV presenter first found fame on the reality show, Big Brother, in 2002 and made a name for herself after the show aired.
For the last five years, she has regularly shared progress reports on her slim-down journey and opened up in interviews about her various exercise choices.
It has been reported that the star weighed 28 stone at her heaviest and after losing 16 and a half stone, reversed a prediabetic diagnosis.

The star revealed that one of the biggest secrets to her successful weight loss was the introduction of Reformer Pilates to her exercise routine.
“I’ve just started doing Reformer Pilates and, oh my God, it’s so good. You feel absolutely incredible after it. I really need a good stretch – I’m stiff as a board – so Reformer Pilates has been brilliant for me,” she told Closer last month.
Abbey McLachlan, founder of the Pilates studio East of Eden, spoke exclusively to HELLO!, and explained that the exercises “concentrates on strengthening the deep postural muscles, raising awareness of how one stands and the general alignment of the hips, spine and head.”
Alison, who is a mum to her 21-year-old son, Aiden, also enlisted the help of her longtime personal trainer Ellis Gatfield and begun using resistance bands and cycling with weights strapped to her body.

Despite allegations of Ozempic use and other weight-loss jabs, Alison has stood firm in her denials that she took any medication to lose the pounds.
She explicitly said that she avoided going on any course of injections and instead opted for the natural route.
The star explained to Good Housekeeping: “I think that, for people who need to use them, they’re a good thing – but for me, as soon as I hear any scare story, I get frightened.
“So I haven’t wanted to use them, but that’s not to say I wouldn’t in the future, and I certainly wouldn’t look down on anyone who did.”

Since embarking on her health and fitness journey, Alison has also entered a new relationship with 28-year-old Russian masseur and model David Putman.
The star revealed she had moved in with David in late 2025 and that the couple were going strong. “Things are going really, really well,” she told the Mirror.
Alison continued, gushing: “He just has the most beautiful energy and everyone feels it when they’re in his presence. It’s very rare. I am so grateful that he chooses to spend his life with me.”
