Away from the famous red chair on his eponymous chat show, Graham Norton has landed a project with ITV. Titled The Neighbourhood, it will see the presenter take to the Peak District for a giant gameshow.
Announced in February 2025, the 11-part series sees six households from the UK move into ‘KeepYourEnemies Close’, where they will participate in a “street-sized popularity contest” and a variety of games to claim a £250,000 cash prize.
“It marries high-stakes competition, epic challenges and relatable domestic drama, to offer a completely fresh flavour of reality. In The Neighbourhood, it’s not about keeping up with the Joneses – it’s about beating them. Bring on the ding dong!” reads the logline.

Ahead of its launch on ITV next month, the broadcaster has released the first teaser, with Norton walking through the picturesque community where “everyone keeps an eye out for one another”.
From there, we get a good look at some of the delectable puns (‘Goa Way’, ‘The Uppin Arms’) on offer, while the presenter himself teases that the various contestants will compete in a variety of “huge challenges”.
The teaser was met with a warm response from viewers on ITV’s various social media channels, with one enthusiastic follower commenting on Instagram: “I need directions to the uppin arms please.”
“I’ve seen this. I was chosen to watch the pilot episode and give my opinion and this is a great game show reality tv all mixed together. In my opinion people will be talking about it for days, probably stream it all,” wrote one fan on Facebook.
Norton, who has also presented the BBC’s coverage of the Eurovision Song Contest since 2009, said of his new project: “Like everyone, I’m always intrigued by what goes on behind closed doors.

“Add to that some dastardly challenges and a life changing prize and I’m hooked. Both Lifted and The Garden are masters at what they do, so I feel confident The Neighbourhood will be the nation’s favourite destination.”
Katie Rawcliffe, ITV’s director of Entertainment and Daytime, added: “The Neighbourhood offers audiences the perfect blend of high-stakes competition and reality drama, with a very relatable cast.”
The Neighbourhood starts this April on ITV1, ITVX, STV and STV Player.
