Apple has launched Apple Business, a new platform that combines device management, business tools and support for companies. It will replace Apple Business Manager and Apple Business Connect in more than 200 countries and regions.

The new service brings several existing Apple business products into one platform and adds built-in mobile device management. It is aimed at businesses of all sizes, including smaller firms without dedicated IT staff.

Companies can view Apple devices, settings and related data through a single interface. A new feature called Blueprints lets organisations preconfigure settings and apps before devices reach staff, supporting consistent setup and zero-touch deployment for eligible purchases.

The service also includes employee management tools, App Store distribution and API access for larger deployments. It supports Managed Apple Accounts, which separate work and personal data on devices, and can automatically create employee accounts through identity providers including Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID.

Apple Business also incorporates the brand and location tools previously offered through Apple Business Connect. Businesses will be able to manage how their name, logo and location details appear across Apple services, including Maps, Wallet, Mail and Siri, from the same platform used for device administration.

Companies can edit brand profiles, update location information, and add photos and opening hours to place cards shown in Apple Maps, Safari and Spotlight. They can also add offers, product highlights and actions such as order or reserve, and review location insights including searches, views and taps on actions in Maps.

Other branding features include displaying company branding in the Mail app, on iCloud Mail and for tracked orders in Wallet. Firms using Tap to Pay on iPhone will also be able to show their brand name and logo on the payment screen.

Consolidation Move

The launch of Apple Business consolidates Apple’s business administration and customer-facing listing products. Once the new service is fully in place, Apple Business Manager and Apple Business Connect will no longer be available.

According to Apple, existing data from Business Connect, including claimed locations, place card information, photos, organisation information and account details, will migrate automatically to the new platform. The service will be free for new and existing users of the two outgoing products.

The companion app for Apple Business, along with email, calendar and directory features, will require iOS 26, iPadOS 26 or macOS 26. Some features will be limited to selected countries and regions.

Susan Prescott, Apple’s vice president of enterprise and education marketing, said the launch reflects a broader effort to bring the company’s business services together in one place. “Apple Business is a significant leap forward in our decades-long commitment to helping companies of all sizes leverage the power of Apple products and services to run and grow. We’ve unified Apple’s strongest business offerings into one simple, secure platform, delivering key features for organisations in every stage and sector, including built-in device management, collaboration tools and additional ways to reach new customers. We can’t wait to see how Apple Business helps companies spend more time focusing on what they love and connecting deeply with their communities,” Prescott said.
