Citizen’s newest Attesa watch, the brand’s range of premium tool watches, was first announced and listed through the watchmaker’s Taiwan website, with an expected global release some time in July. However, unexpected, the watch has hit the US and UK markets early, and it’s already available to buy.
The Citizen Attesa CC4107-80H Satellite Wave GPS “Spaceship Black” is the Japanese brand’s newest premium watch, and it’s limited to 1,800 pieces worldwide. In a 43.2mm case made from Super Titanium, the watchmaker’s lightweight and durable titanium alloy, the watch features a design that centres around the recrystallised titanium. Through applying high-temperature heat treatments and then an industrial cooling process, unique crystal patterns appear on the surface, with each watch featuring a unique marbling.

On top of its sleek all-black design, the watch is incredibly impressive on the inside. The Attesa CC4107-80H is powered by the brand’s F950 calibre, which is the most advanced movement for Eco-Drive Satellite Wave GPS watches, and features the world’s fastest GPS satellite signal reception that can receive time signals in just three seconds. The movement also allows for compatibility with world time across 39 time zones, a chronograph, a perpetual calendar, alarm and power reserve indicator.
With its large case, distinctive case design and stark ”Spaceship Black’ colour, this watch commands presence on the wrist. If you’re thinking about getting your hands on one, you may have to act fast, as the model is limited to 1,800 unnumbered pieces, and costs £1,595 – it’s on the most premium end of what the Japanese watchmaker offers, but with the luxurious and sporty design, and its array of high-end features, the Citizen Attesa CC4107-80H certainly lives up to its price tag.
