Kendra Wilkinson is easing back into fitness after a lengthy hiatus.

The former Girls Next Door star shared the update via Instagram on Wednesday, August 5, admitting she “hasn’t worked out in probably two years” and has “no idea” what she’s doing, according to a report Page Six published the next day. “I don’t know where to start,” she confessed in an Instagram Stories clip. “Do I start with cardio? What do I do?”

According to the outlet, Wilkinson, 41, showed her “slow start” on the StairMaster alongside her 12-year-old daughter, Alijah, before moving on to weight training. “Ended with cardio too. Whatever. Lol,” she captioned a final video of herself on a treadmill. She also shared photos of herself working out with her children, captioning the carousel, “Family gym time…Makes me so happy!! 😃 🏋🏼‍♀️.”

Wilkinson first rose to fame as one of Hugh Hefner‘s girlfriends. She later married former NFL wide receiver Hank Baskett in 2009. They divorced in 2018 and share two children: son Hank IV, 16, and daughter Alijah, 12.

The gym return comes amid Wilkinson’s ongoing GLP-1 weight loss journey. “It’s about feeling like myself again, having real energy, and actually learning to trust the process without trying to fast forward it. I wanted this to feel honest, sustainable, and actually work for MY life. oh and fitting into my pants again? yeah, that’s absolutely a win too,” she shared via Instagram in May.

Along with prioritizing her physical health, Wilkinson may one day have an opportunity to heal an old friendship. In June, her former The Girls Next Door costar Holly Madison revealed on an episode of E!’s Hot Goss YouTube series that the two have not spoken since a falling out in 2012. Despite the estrangement, Madison said she was “not opposed to speaking” with Wilkinson again and still considered her a friend despite their differences.
