Polar Loop is designed to automatically detect when a workout starts, record your heart rate in real time and determine how strenuous the workout was based on your fitness level. All collected data can be viewed on the corresponding smartphone app. According to Polar, the wristband can withstand temperatures from -20°C to +50°C. It is also water-resistant and can be worn while swimming.

Polar Loop is available for pre-order now via the manufacturer’s online shop for $199.99, with shipping expected to begin on September 10. Additional wristbands in different colors are available for $29.99 each.
