Total Fitness has been upgraded with new equipment, improved training areas, and modernised studios, all designed to support the health and wellbeing of the wider community.
The investment has transformed the facility into what the company calls a ‘welcoming space’ for people of all ages and abilities to get moving, train together, and feel part of a supportive environment.

Dean Zweck, head of product at Total Fitness, said: “We’re really proud to be investing in Wrexham and giving something back to the community here.
“This isn’t just about new equipment, it’s about creating a space where people feel welcome, supported and inspired to move in whatever way works for them.
“From someone taking their first step into fitness, a family looking to stay active together, or members chasing new goals, we want Wrexham to feel like this is their club – a place that grows with them and brings people together.”

There are also new finishes and flooring throughout, and the studios have been modernised.
One of the standout features is a newly built Cardio Theatre, equipped with the latest machines to meet growing demand for variety and high-energy cardio workouts.
The expanded area gives the Wrexham community greater access to equipment and space to help them stay active and motivated.
Strength training facilities have also been upgraded, including new benches, specialist machines, and exclusive equipment for members at all levels.

New additions include a Pendulum Squat Machine, designed to build leg strength without putting strain on the joints.
A Plate Loaded Lat Pulldown has also been installed, along with a Pin Loaded Pec Fly/Rear Delt machine for upper body training.
A versatile cable rig now offers members the ability to perform full-body exercises with constant tension.
Group exercise facilities have also been improved.
The spin studio now features brand-new bikes and will launch Coach by Colour, a power-based cycling programme that personalises each workout and celebrates member progress.
