Total Fitness has unveiled a major upgrade of its Wrexham gym.
The investment at the facility on Stansty Road includes new flooring and modernised studios – along with a brand-new Cardio Theatre featuring the latest kit to meet demand for variety and energising cardio workouts
Strength training has also had a boost, with upgraded benches, specialist machines and exclusive new kit, ensuring members can train safely and effectively, no matter their experience level.
This includes a new Pendulum Squat Machine, aPlate Loaded Lat Pulldown, Pin Loaded Pec Fly/Rear Delt and a Cable Rig – versatile, full-body moves with constant tension.

For group exercise fans, the spin studio has been fitted with new bikes and will launch Coach by Colour – an innovative, power-based cycling experience that makes every ride personal and every class a chance to celebrate progress together.
Total Fitness say the works have transformed the Wrexham gym in to a “welcoming space where people of all ages and abilities can come together to move, train, and feel part of something bigger.”

Dean Zweck, Head of Product at Total Fitness, said: “We’re really proud to be investing in Wrexham and giving something back to the community here.
“This isn’t just about new equipment, it’s about creating a space where people feel welcome, supported and inspired to move in whatever way works for them.
“From someone taking their first step into fitness, a family looking to stay active together, or members chasing new goals, we want Wrexham to feel like this is their club – a place that grows with them and brings people together.”
This is the latest in a series of club renovations based on feedback from members. Noting a growing demand for more cardio spaces, improved group exercise kit, and modernised studios, Total Fitness Wrexham now delivers all three. From specialist machines to a modernised environment, every change is designed to help members achieve more than they thought possible.
