A Cork-founded health tech company led by twin brothers is on track to hit a major €1 million turnover milestone – as its AI-powered ADHD platform is growing rapidly.

Zendra Health, founded by Cork-born brothers Thomas and David Coleman, has seen explosive growth over the past year thanks to its flagship digital platform Navigator, which is transforming how ADHD is assessed and managed in clinical settings. The ex-UCC students are from Douglas in Cork and the company they’ve set up is forecasting year-on-year growth of 600% in 2026.

Their breakthrough App allows for quicker and more accurate assessment of potential Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in patients.

At the heart of the Zendra platform is an AI-driven system designed to streamline ADHD assessments by connecting clinicians, parents and teachers in a single digital workflow. According to the company, Navigator is already saving clinicians an estimated 112 hours per week, while enabling them to assess around 33% more patients and dedicate more time to direct patient care.

More than 80,000 users are already using the system across public and private healthcare services, with contracts secured in the UK’s NHS and live deployments in the United States, including autism-focused centres of excellence.

The company is also expanding its technology into other neurodevelopmental conditions, including autism, as part of its wider international growth strategy.

The platform is built on the ADMiRE clinical protocol developed in Ireland and co-designed with experts from Trinity College Dublin, the HSE and frontline clinicians, alongside input from parents, teachers and young people.

ADHD affects an estimated one in 20 children in Ireland, and Zendra Health says its goal is to reduce long waiting lists and improve consistency in diagnosis and treatment through structured digital assessment tools.

Co-founder and CEO Thomas Coleman said: ‘The long-term ambition is to move beyond assessment and into intelligent medication optimisation, creating a more efficient and safer system for managing mental health care at scale.’

With fresh investment now being sought, Zendra Health says its rapid international expansion is only just beginning, with further global healthcare partnerships expected in the months ahead.
