A Wrexham gym is expanding its services and increasing its support for young people as it continues to grow within the local community.
RPM Fitness, based in Pandy and led by co-founders Gavin and Jon, has built a reputation for strength and conditioning coaching, working with members ranging from complete beginners to experienced athletes.
Through small group personal training, one to one coaching and tailored programmes, RPM Fitness supports members to build strength, improve fitness and develop sustainable, long term healthy habits. Its approach focuses not only on physical performance, but also on confidence, consistency and overall wellbeing.
Alongside its core training services, RPM Fitness is expanding its support offering for young people. This work is focused on creating a positive and structured environment where young people can build confidence, develop discipline and improve both physical and mental wellbeing through regular training and mentorship.
The programme aims to support stronger outcomes both inside and outside the gym, helping young people develop skills and resilience that benefit them in everyday life.
To help support its growth plans, RPM Fitness has received support from the Business and Investment Team at Wrexham County Borough Council.
Cllr. Nigel Williams, Lead Member for Economy, Business & Tourism at Wrexham County Borough Council, said: “It was great to visit Gavin and Jon at their Gym and to see how WCBC business team have helped and supported in their successful move to their new unit in Pandy.
“I’m sure they will continue to grow from strength to strength in the future.”
