Run by BeActive Hampshire, the classes are designed for residents who currently do less than 30 minutes of structured activity per week and want to take their first steps toward a healthier lifestyle.
Ben Middleton, from BeActive Hampshire, said: “It’s not unusual to feel unsure about how to become active, especially if you’re managing health concerns, low confidence, or simply don’t know where to begin.

“But these classes all provide enjoyable, accessible ways to be more active.
“From low-intensity classes to inclusive group options, we are confident you will find something that works best for you.”
The sessions are free and designed to improve wellbeing, boost confidence and help people feel more active in a supportive environment.
In Basingstoke, there are limited spaces available for Ladies Boxercise and WalkFit, a low-impact fitness class based on walking and marching.
Zumba for Beginners is also running in both Basingstoke and Aldershot.
Chair Pilates is available in Aldershot, offering a gentle class suitable for those with limited mobility.
BeActive Hampshire also runs online sessions in chair Pilates and a Keep Moving, Keep Fit class, open to eligible residents across the county.
