What Ayurveda Says About It: Dr Chandraprakash Dixit of the Government Ayurveda and Yoga Naturopathy College said bitter kakora is also known as wild kakora. According to him, it may support digestion and has traditionally been associated with maintaining healthy blood sugar levels.
