The tour around Flourish, based at the Grade II-listed Georgian building The White House, in Clifton, comes ahead of its opening on Monday, September 7.
Vanessa Warn, one of the founders of the club, said it aimed to offer facilities typically only available in London up north but at prices affordable to all.
It comes after the company teased the club’s opening on social media in August, after taking over the building in June.

Sessions are set to be offered to both men and women and to people of all fitness levels.
Ms Warn said the club had already had around 200 sign ups, 1,200 followers online and a large amount of questions from people interested in visiting.
She added her and fellow club founders Claire Riddell and Stacey Dix set out to provide an offering that they had struggled to find outside the capital.
Ms Warn said: “I’ve been working with Claire for nine years, she was my personal trainer, and my sister Stacey joined us about six years ago.

“We used to take trips down to London together for health and wellbeing treatments and to facilities we couldn’t find in York, so we said why don’t we do something here?
“We looked at a couple of different places, I live in Bootham and we came to look around this building and it fit perfectly with what we wanted to do.
“This is a beautiful historic building that looks gorgeous.
“We’ve got a physiotherapist who worked for the men’s and women’s England football teams.
“People have asked about our reformer facilities because they’ve been referred by their GP.
“We have a café that’s going to be all about health, serving delicious food that’s all locally sourced.
“Our offer won’t be prohibitively expensive , our membership’s an investment that we hope will save people money because they don’t have to spend more on lots of different individual costs.
“I hope this will be a place where people feel welcome and see that it’s affordable to all.”
