Free taster sessions, including Pilates, HIIT-style training, and an Olympic lifting taster session, will be available.

The open day will also include information about the gym’s small group training and one-to-one personal training sessions.

Healthy snacks and refreshments will be provided.

Delta Fitness PT merchandise will be available for purchase, with huge discounts on limited merchandise for those who sign up for a subscription on the day as one of the gym’s founding members.

Mr Tyson added: “Our aim at Delta Fitness PT is to create a welcoming, supportive training environment where people can achieve their fitness goals without the intimidating atmosphere that can sometimes come with larger commercial gyms.

“We are particularly focused on providing a more personal approach through small-group sessions and individual coaching.”
