Apple Martin just walked a fashion week runway for the first time. Yesterday, the 22-year-old took to the catwalk for the Chloé spring/summer 2027 ready-to-wear show in Paris, presented by creative director Chemena Kamali.

It makes sense that Martin would make her debut with the French fashion house, given that she became a face for Chloé just this past May. On the runway, the only daughter of Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin wore a romantic white maxi dress with circular, floral-like pointelle decorating the skirt and sleeves. The bodice featured subtle pleats and ruffles decorating one side of the placket, giving it the effect of a poet blouse.

To complete her look, Apple wore a pair of caramel-coloured platform heels with see-through PVC vamps and ankle straps. She looked just like her mother, with her long blonde hair parted down the middle, hanging in soft, beachy waves. The likes of Claire Danes, Cynthia Erivo and Alexa Chung watched on from the front row.

Over the past few years, Apple has been slowly making her way into the fashion world. Not only did she appear in a Botticelli-themed campaign for Chloé, but she has also appeared in GapStudio shoots alongside her mother, while even sitting front row at a Chanel haute couture show. When she made her society debut back in 2024, she did so in an enchanting, custom blue dress from Valentino.

More recently though, it seems as though Apple might be trying to pivot to music. She has contributed as a songwriter to a few songs for her father’s band, Coldplay, including “feelslikeimfallinginlove” and “Let Somebody Go.” This past October, she hit the stage in Nashville for a surprise performance at Cannery Hall.

But if this moment was any indication, she’s not done with fashion quite yet…
