Sometimes it can feel like it takes forever to hit the sweet spot when you’re getting intimate. However, one woman revealed she doesn’t have to wait that long to get her kicks.
Amelia Quest confessed she can climax in just 90 seconds by doing a wall sit – an exercise she now fits into her routine once or twice a week. The 27-year-old, who has more than a million followers on Instagram, claims she first discovered her ability to “coregasm” at the gym.
A set of leg lifts suddenly felt very different to her usual workout. When she was in the middle of her set, she had to tell her trainer – who she had a crush on – that she had to stop.
She’s not the first person who is claimed to have had such an experience either. Previously, a glam model also revealed she experienced a “coregasm” during a fitness class.
Amelia, from the US, said: “I discovered that I could [do it] through my core muscles while I was at the gym having a personal training session with my hot trainer. I think working out my core in a way that I’ve never done before opened me up to pleasure I had never thought was possible.”

Now, it’s something she does almost every day. Whenever she’s in the mood, Amelia simply picks a wall that “really turns her on”, and does her thing. According to her, it’s not that tough to pull off either.
She added: “I would say that it’s easy once you figure out that it’s something you can do, but only 9% to 10% of women have orgasms this way.”
Amelia has never actually met anyone who has made the same discovery as her. She also rarely talked about it openly until quite recently.
Talking about what the experience is like, she said: “It feels amazing! I think my body had become desensitised to the way I was masturbating up until then, so discovering this new me felt like a second sexual awakening I hadn’t had since climbing the rope in gym class.”
When asked how it compares to orgasming during sex, she continued: “The wall sit is quick and easy but it actually changed the way I thought about sex. I realised that being a pillow princess was not going to be for me.
“If I want to enjoy sex with a partner I need to be literally actively a part of it, which means I LOVE being a cowgirl. The act of being on top and putting in work gives the same result as doing a wall sit x10, especially if I really like the guy.”
It’s crazy to think the discovery was only made via an unexpected moment too. Now Amelia has found a pretty unusual way to combine exercise and pleasure.
At first, she couldn’t quite admit what had happened to her trainer, though. Speaking of when it first happened, she explained: “We were in the middle of doing leg lifts when I was all of a sudden about to have an orgasm at the gym.
“My trainer didn’t know what was happening. I was just like ‘We need to stop. I can’t do this one anymore.’ It took me three weeks before I admitted to him why I didn’t want to do that exercise again.
“I went home and started Googling. I was like, ‘What just happened to me?’ I found out that apparently, around 9% to 10% of women, like, have their best orgasms through their core muscles.”
The experience made her think about the role her core played in other intimate moments. She continued: “I kind of figured out that when I am using my core in sex, it feels better.”
