Two state lottery game players in the Bay Area did very well Tuesday night, with a player in Moraga winning $401,252 playing Mega Millions and another player purchasing a $111,524 Fantasy 5 winning ticket in Santa Clara, officials said.

It was not known if either winner had come forward immediately.

The Moraga player, who purchased their ticket at the 7-Eleven store at 633 Moraga Rd., was the only one statewide to pick all five Mega Million game numbers, which were 18, 43, 49, 63 and 69. Had they picked the Mega number, 6, which no one statewide did, they would have won $138 million.

The Santa Clara player was one of three statewide to pick all five Fantasy 5 game numbers, which were 10,12, 22, 28 and 37. The ticket was purchased at the Shell gas station, 2800 Augustine Dr. The other two winning tickets were purchased at markets in Helendale and Bell Gardens in Southern California.

No one at either business could immediately be reached for comment.

Mega Millions is played Tuesday and Friday nights. Friday’s jackpot will be at least $157 million.

Fantasy 5 is played every night of the week. Wednesday night’s minimum jackpot was to be at least $78,000.

The winners have 180 days from the day of the game draws to claim their prizes.
