MILPITAS – A 45-year-old San Jose man was arrested last week on suspicion of sexually assaulting two women in Milpitas, police said.
In March, one of the victims told Milpitas police she had been sexually assaulted by the man during a tattoo appointment, Lt. Jason Speckenheuer said in a news release.
Detectives opened an investigation and identified a second victim, Speckenheuer said.
On April 30, the man was arrested on suspicion of felony sexual assault and booked into Santa Clara County jail.
