BURGLARY: 11:40 a.m. on Scott Drive. A caller walked through the house and noticed the upstairs master bedroom door was broken into. She FaceTimed the owner and said it appeared that some jewelry and purses had been stolen.
GRAND THEFT: 4:31 p.m. at Coup De Thai on North Santa Cruz Avenue. A caller said their business iPad was stolen while in the restaurant. The owner used Find My iPhone to track the iPad, confronted the suspects and got it back.
June 3
GRAND THEFT: 3:35 p.m. on Alexander Avenue. A woman said someone stole a check she had written and placed in her mailbox to be picked up, then washed the check and cashed it for over $13,000.
VANDALISM: 4:37 p.m. at Safeway on North Santa Cruz Avenue. The caller stopped a man from shoplifting and admonished him. As the suspect was leaving, he flipped over a display of plants, causing damage to a parked car in the upper lot.
GRAND THEFT: 5:10 p.m. on Blanchard Drive. Checks were stolen from someone’s mailbox. One was cashed at a loss of $4,200.
AUTO BURGLARY: 6:49 p.m. in the Old Town parking lot next to Arhaus on University Avenue. A man returned to his vehicle and found that it was broken into and his laptop, Airpods and other items were missing.
June 4
GENERAL PENAL CODE VIOLATION: 10:53 a.m. A man was arrested on a warrant after he pulled his pants down and urinated on Los Gatos Boulevard between Blossom Hill and Shannon roads.
DRUNK IN PUBLIC: 10:24 p.m. at Wedgewood Manor on Lora Drive. A drunk man went to his vehicle and then was arrested on a misdemeanor.
June 6
PETTY THEFT: 2:39 p.m. at Trader Joe’s on Los Gatos Boulevard. A wallet was taken from the store.
June 7
PETTY THEFT: 3:37 p.m. at Safeway on Pollard Road. Two men stole four cases of beer.
