Sacramento chefs reveal menu for Tower Bridge dinner

Sacramento chefs have unveiled the menu for this year’s Tower Bridge dinner, an annual event that sells out every year.

The four-course dinner will include a mushroom and ricotta rotolo, a Filipino-inspired adobo quail, and a roasted pork belly chile verde.

“Sacramento is an incredibly diverse city, and I think we have put forth a very diverse menu that speaks to all of the melting pot that is California and America as a whole,” Kate Sutherland, a chef from Waterboy, said.

The Tower Bridge dinner is scheduled for September and remains a highly anticipated event.
