SAN JOSE — Westfield Valley Fair revealed a slate of new merchants coming to the South Bay shopping center as it widens its retail and dining options ahead of its annual Foodie Week, mall officials disclosed.
Joining Valley Fair’s nearly 285 shops are Arc’teryx, a global outdoor apparel brand; Chagee, a beverage merchant opening its first flagship store in the Bay Area; Chubby Tan, which offers Japan’s Gyutan beef tongue cuisine; and Cider, which sells women’s clothing and accessories.
Other openings include HeyTea, a Chinese-oriented merchant that offers drinks; Moncler, an Italian luxury apparel brand; Royce’ Chocolate is expanding from a pop-up kiosk to a full store; Thirdlove, a luxury-based lingerie retailer; and Vivaia, a footwear store.
The merchants arrive on the heels of the opening of Asia Live, a two-story restaurant and food emporium at Valley Fair, and the launch of Sukoshi, a lifestyle and beauty retailer that specializes in products from South Korea, Japan and China.
“Westfield Valley Fair’s eclectic and forward-thinking mix of retailers is one of the main reasons why we continue to see such success and growth,” said Rachel Weisser, the mall’s northwest regional marketing director.
Starting on Sept. 19, Valley Fair will host its annual Foodie Week event. In 2025, it led to a 14% increase in foot traffic, according to the mall.
“Foodie Week is one of the most exciting times at Westfield Valley Fair, as guests come together to enjoy food from around the world,” said Dan Foy, senior vice president of leasing at Valley Fair.
