GRAND THEFT: 1:10 p.m. at Safeway on North Santa Cruz Avenue. Approximately $1,140 worth of meat was stolen.
PETTY THEFT: 4:33 p.m. at Bevmo on Blossom Hill Road. A suspect stole $300 worth of merchandise.
Aug. 11
NOISE DISTURBANCE: 2:34 a.m. at Union Avenue and Los Gatos-Almaden Road. The caller reported hearing screaming outside. The incident ended in a cite-and-release arrest.
Aug. 12
PETTY THEFT: 4:28 p.m. on North Santa Cruz Avenue. A $100 leather jacket was stolen.
Aug. 13
GRAND THEFT: 6:34 p.m. on Karl Avenue. On June 27, the caller was holding a baby shower that was catered when a suspect stole a Louis Vuitton purse, which was valued at approximately $2,500, from the caller’s bedroom.
Aug. 14
TRESPASS: 9:30 a.m. at Safeway on North Santa Cruz Avenue. A suspect who was previously admonished for criminal trespassing was back in the store and trying to avoid staff. They were arrested on a misdemeanor.
DEFRAUDING AN INKEEPER: 7:38 p.m. at the Wine Cellar on University Avenue. A drunk woman who was drinking at the restaurant dined and dashed.

PETTY THEFT: 4:23 p.m. at Lunardis Market on Blossom Hill Road. A man stole about $60 in frozen dinners and meats.
GRAND THEFT: 5:06 p.m. on Los Gatos Boulevard. A suspect reached over the fence and stole a silver Specialized bike.
Aug. 16
VEHICLE ACCIDENT: 12:54 a.m. at Best Western Inn on Los Gatos-Saratoga Road. A black Ford F250 crashed into a fence, and the airbags deployed. The suspect ran away from the scene but was arrested on a misdemeanor.
