Cars for careers
The Silicon Valley Career Technical Education (SVCTE) center is hosting its 20th annual Bob McTaggart Custom and Classic Car Show on Friday, May 1, 5-8 p.m., at the Metropolitan Education District, 760 Hillsdale Ave. in San Jose.
Each year, the event attracts hundreds of attendees who come to admire a wide variety of custom and classic vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, trucks and bikes.

In addition to showcasing vehicles, the evening also features raffles, prizes, live music by Cold Storage and food prepared by SVCTE’s Culinary Arts students.
