A luxury footwear brand worn by celebrities on red carpets has stepped into NorthPark Center with a new boutique.
Gianvito Rossi, whose shoes can cost thousands of dollars, has opened a shop in the Dallas shopping center, according to a statement from the brand.
The Italian company’s U.S. lineup includes about five boutiques in the U.S. and roughly 50 globally. The NorthPark location is a first for Texas.

The company’s shoes have attracted fans that include celebrities such as Sarah Jessica Parker, Jennifer Anniston and Ciara. Even royal family members have shown love, with Kate Middleton sporting the footwear.

The NorthPark store is another example of Dallas attracting some of the biggest brands for standalone shops, including footwear, as its reputation for well-heeled consumers and a dynamic business community endures. For example, the city is getting a Stivali New York, a boot brand that’s gaining attention for its “attainable luxury.”
The NorthPark Gianvito Rossi store, which covers about 1,800 square feet, features “elegant marbles” along with velvet interiors and pale golden shelves, the statement said.

The Italian company, founded in 2006, is part of Richemont, the luxury company that includes names such as Cartier, Chloe, Peter Millar and Montblanc.
Customers can find the Gianvito 105 pump along with signature styles like the crystal-embellished Montecarlo sandal, the soft-to-touch Hansen boot and the sinuously shaped Levy bootie.
