1. Nell and JJ break up
Neighbours splits up Nell Rebecchi and JJ Varga-Murphy next week, leading to high emotion all round.
The young couple go their separate ways after Nell bites the bullet and tells JJ that she doesn’t want to be with him anymore.

Next week, Nell arrives back in town with her dad Toadie after a few days spent away in Colac.
“JJ is delighted to see Nell and assumes they can pick up where they left off,” our Neighbours insider explains.
“It soon becomes clear that this may not be possible, as Nell seems strangely reserved and Toadie clearly knows more than he’s letting on.”
Toadie discreetly supports Nell as she processes the realisation that she doesn’t want to keep seeing JJ.

An oblivious JJ remains as sweet and supportive towards Nell as ever, but this only pushes her over the edge.
“In a moment of brutal honesty, Nell tells JJ that she can’t keep stringing him along,” our source adds.
“Nell announces that they have to break up – leaving JJ stunned.”

2. Holly makes a promise to Aaron

Wendy Rodwell interrupts a tense conversation between her husband Andrew, Holly Hoyland and Aaron Brennan. Aaron knows this is his main chance to expose Andrew and Holly’s affair, but he decides that it’s best to keep quiet.
The next morning, Aaron’s final day in Erinsborough arrives but he still isn’t sure whether he did the right thing.
He seeks out Holly for a final chat and she assures him that she won’t do anything unwise where the Rodwells are concerned. Is this a promise that Holly can keep?
3. Aaron issues a warning

Aaron still isn’t sure that he’s done enough to protect his friends, so he also initiates a quiet chat with Karl Kennedy about his wayward daughter.
Saying as much as he dares to, Aaron tells Karl that he fears Holly is addicted to drama and someone needs to keep an eye on her.
4. Aaron says his goodbyes

As his final day continues, Aaron enjoys some emotional moments alone with many of the people who’ve meant so much to him during his time in Erinsborough – including Paul Robinson, Leo Tanaka and Nicolette Stone.
It’s particularly emotional as Paul makes a heartfelt speech, declaring that Aaron is another son to him.
Later, the time arrives for Aaron to drive off to Adelaide with his boyfriend Rhett Norman.
5. News from Elle shocks Paul

As Paul starts to feel sentimental about his family, he tries to reconcile with Krista Sinclair after their recent tensions over Lassiters.
Paul soon gets distracted by a text from his daughter Elle, who lets him know that she’s quit her job and has decided to come back to Erinsborough.
6. Nicolette gets jealous

Jane Harris is confused when she spots her daughter Nicolette snapping at Cara Varga-Murphy during Aaron’s leaving party.
She doesn’t understand why Nicolette would be pushing Cara away after how close they’ve been recently. All becomes clear when Jane realises that Nicolette is jealous over the progress that Cara is making with her estranged wife Remi. Does Nicolette have feelings for Cara?
