Ryan Seacrest’s impressive arm definition is turning heads.

The “American Idol” host posted an Instagram video of himself doing seated bicep curls, showing off his bulging biceps. Wearing a navy blue T-shirt and gym shorts, the 50-year-old pumped iron and breathed heavily with effort as his trainer counted his 10 reps.

“The trick is to wear a t-shirt two sizes too small,” he joked in the caption.

Some fans were shocked by his fit physique.
