New Revolution (NR) Health and Fitness clubs completed the renovation earlier this month at its Great Yarmouth facility.

The new facility is known as “NRROX” and replaced the spin room formerly at the gym.

NR owner, Nathan Gostling, said: “We had a refurb about a year or two ago, but now we have knocked out our spin room.

“It’s the first NRROX area of its kind in the Great Yarmouth area.

The new room features curved treadmills, ski ergometers and a wide variety of kettlebells and other weights.

The group has seven gyms across East Anglia in locations such as Thetford, Attleborough, Watton, as well as Lowestoft and the Great Yarmouth gym.

The Watton gym was also recently the subject of a makeover with added new facilities.
