Erith Leisure Centre is hosting a weekly HIIT class. HIIT (high-intensity interval training) sessions take place every Thursday from 6pm to 6.45pm.
At Sidcup Leisure Centre, a SPIN class is available every Tuesday from 9.15am to 10.10am. SPIN is “A mixed intensity indoor cycling session” that uses intervals of varying intensity and cadence set to music.
