Owner Darnell Copland said the seasonings and flavors they use worked so well with real meat that they added regular options to the menu, which I witnessed firsthand on Sunday (Aug. 3) in Royal Oak.
I am a picky eater, so many food options are not available to me, which Copeland, 40, said he had options for someone such as myself.

So, he whipped up a gluten-free spinach wrap with chicken and a quesadilla with mushrooms and cheese for me, while my co-star, Carla Grissom, opted for the shrimp Doritos nachos.
“We promote healthy eating options with all dairy-free products if needed, and no pork has ever entered our truck,” Copland said. “We have a flavor that’s hard to match. Our vegetables are fresh daily.”
Copland, 40, is currently studying healthy eating habits to further health awareness.
