“I literally told them, ‘I have seven months before I return to golf, we’re getting a six-pack,’” Trump said to Fox News.

“And I got a six-pack literally just by prioritizing the right foods and working out.”

Trump has showcased her washboard physique during a paddleboarding trip earlier in July.

It comes after several high-profile appearances alongside her grandfather President Donald Trump, 80, at major sporting events.

She stunned next to her grandfather at Madison Square Garden for Game 3 of the 2026 NBA Finals in June.

The First Granddaughter then watched UFC Freedom 250 at the White House just weeks later.

Now granddaughter Trump has attributed her new look to her mom.

She has explained that she “grew into” her new lifestyle after watching what mom Vanessa eats.

Trump noted that she also avoids eating gluten and dairy.

The golf star instead prioritizes “sustainable carbs” in her diet.

“I eat very clean and simple,” Trump continued. “I would be totally fine eating steak for the rest of my life, or just chicken and rice, which is weird to some people, but I like it.”

Trump has gained a huge following on social media, with 3.1 million followers on Instagram.

Her first season with the Hurricanes will open at the Cougar Classic in Charleston, South Carolina, on Tuesday, September 8.
