Joe Weider’s 2026 Olympia Fitness & Performance Weekend is here and taking place from September 24-27 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Men’s Physique competitors met for prejudging on September 26 in the Las Vegas Convention Center’s South Hall at 9:30 am (PDT).
Since dethroning Erin Banks in 2023, Ryan Terry has redefined the standards at the Men’s Physique Olympia. His etched-in midsection, Superman pose, and wider back remain his strongest weapons, but he has to face off with arguably the toughest lineup of the weekend. With Banks, Brandon Hendrickson, Ali Bilal, and Kyron Holden all vying for gold, holding them off won’t be easy.
In the final callout, Ryan Terry showed immaculate stage presentation and grainy conditioning. His chest and shoulder striations were more noticeable this year, and he got harder as the callouts continued. Ali Bilal‘s time training with Dorian Yates paid off; he showcased massive improvements in his back width and detail. Kyron Holden and Brandon Hendrickson also brought fuller looks, helping them stay in contention.
