Another C-Suite executive has departed CrossFit. Ben McAllister, CrossFit’s Chief Product and Technology Officer, left the organization last month after working at CrossFit for the past three years.

McAllister is the third executive to leave the organization since Bruce Edwards took over as CEO in May.

Dalibor Snyder, Chief Financial Officer, resigned in August and returned to Chrome Hearts as Chief Business Officer. Snyder had previously worked at Chrome Hearts from 2019 to 2022.

In September Jenna Hauca, CrossFit’s Chief Marketing Officer, also wrapped up her time at HQ. Despite Hauca’s public announcement that she was leaving CrossFit, many speculated that it might not have been her choosing.

Today, Hauca shared that she just accepted the Chief Marketing Officer role at Angel City Football Club.

As for McAllister, it appears that he has not identified his next endeavor yet.

That’s quite the turnover in the past several months. Following Snyder’s announcement that he was leaving, CrossFit opened a public search for a new CFO. That job posting has since been taking down.

I’ve been told that CrossFit has narrowed down its search and is close to hiring a new Chief Financial Officer. It is unclear where CrossFit stands on backfilling the vacant CMO and CTO positions.

And if you’ve made it this far, congrats. You will get some additional news. I’ve been told that another major employee will be leaving CrossFit this week. Oh well.
