Peloton has announced the full details of their partnership with Respin Health, the holistic menopause care platform founded by Halle Berry.

The collaboration focuses on women’s health during perimenopause and menopause and includes: new on-demand classes (also found in a collection), possibly a program, and a large-scale research study exploring how exercise impacts menopause symptoms.

The companies described the new partnership as:

Peloton, the global leader in connected fitness, and Respin Health, the most comprehensive platform for holistic, personalized menopause care, announce a groundbreaking partnership to advance the conversation around women’s health during perimenopause and menopause. Together, the brands will partner to offer special fitness content, unite communities to empower women, and launch one of the first large-scale research studies exploring how targeted exercise can improve menopause-related symptoms, bringing scientifically validated solutions and mainstream visibility to an often-overlooked life stage.

The partnership will roll out in two stages. The first, launching today, invites 500 Peloton Members to participate in the Peloton/Respin Exercise & Symptoms Study (PRESS) – a research initiative examining how targeted exercise can improve symptoms like sleep disruption, mood swings, and energy fluctuations. The research program is first come first serve, and open to women living in the US between the ages from 40-65 “who identify as experiencing symptoms of perimenopause or menopause.”

Respin Health has debuted a new Peloton landing page, which is also how those interested in participating in the study can enroll. Participants will gain complimentary access to a specially curated selection of Peloton workouts designed in partnership with Respin’s evidence-based menopause care program. The study will continue through December, with findings anticipated in January 2026.

Those findings will inform the next phase: the Peloton x Respin Menopause Care Program, an ongoing resource designed to give women everywhere evidence-based exercise and wellness tools for managing menopause. It is not yet clear whether that program will live exclusively on the Peloton platform, the Respin platform, or both, but we will share any updates as they become available.

In today’s postings, Peloton has been calling the collection the “Peloton x Respin Menopause Care Program” – and linking directly to the collection – so it’s possible that the eventual program may only live on the Respin platform for those who sign up. The messaging is not clear or consistent at this point for what is still to come (or, if this is it and they have just been misusing the name Program as it relates to program).

In tandem with the announcement, Peloton has debuted a new Menopause Collection, featuring classes that address movement, recovery, and mindfulness for symptom relief and overall well-being. As of publishing time the collection includes 10 classes led by instructors Christine D’Ercole, Susie Chan, Joslyn Thompson Rule, and Charlotte Weidenbach, all co-created with input from Respin Health’s clinical experts. Modalities include cycling, strength, running, and walking.

Peloton describes the new classes & collection as being “created with Respin Health, the premier platform for holistic menopause care. Each class is based on Respin’s evidence-based protocols (drawing on 100+ studies) shown to improve symptoms from perimenopause through postmenopause.” Those classes are also available in the on-demand library.

Although some of Peloton’s social media posts and teasers reference this as a “Program” – there is currently no true Program in the Peloton ecosystem for this.

To help participants connect, Peloton has also created a “Menopause Health” Team within the app’s Teams feature. You can read more about the ever-evolving Teams feature in our previous articles.

The collaboration debuts in honor of World Menopause Awareness Month, aligning with the International Menopause Society’s 2025 theme, “Lifestyle as Medicine.”
