Dreams were achieved and hearts were broken at the 2025 Mr. Olympia Weekend. Among those in the winner’s column was the new two-time Women’s Physique Olympia Natalia Abraham Coelho. While she enjoys her victory lap, rival and former champion Sarah Villegas took to Instagram on Oct. 14 and accused her of using site enhancement oils.
Villegas was on track to make history at the Olympia this year. She is tied with Juliana Malacarne for the most titles at four, and with a victory, it would have been the most in the division’s history. It was a close contest as always, with Villegas boasting exceptional shape and conditioning whereas Coelho improved her quad sweeps and displayed a harder midsection.
When Bob Cicherillo brought Villegas and Coelho out for awards, the former 2022 Women’s Physique Olympia reclaimed her title. Days following the razor-close contest, and it looks like Villegas is not happy with the judges’ decision.

It’s not a surprise that Villegas and Coelho haven’t gotten along. Weeks before the 2025 Mr. Olympia, judge Terrick El Guindy described their rivalry as one of the most intense, which turned out to be true, as they are still going back and forth after the show.
Some fans and bodybuilders believe Villegas is being a sore loser, while others have taken the former champ’s side.
