
A CHAMPION bodybuilder has suddenly dropped dead aged just 30 after suffering a suspected “heart problem”.
Wang Kun, who dominated the sport in China, had won an incredible eight consecutive titles at the CBBA National Bodybuilding Championships.

Wang was a professional athlete with the International Federation of Bodybuilding & Fitness Professional League.
The shock death has sent ripples through the fitness world.
In a brief statement, a spokesperson from the Anhui Provincial Bodybuilding Association said his untimely passing “seems to be due to a heart problem”.
Wang was widely regarded as one of the sport’s elite competitors in China.

He achieved an extraordinary run of success at the CBBA National Bodybuilding championships.
He said he lived a “monk’s life” for a decade to transform himself into a champion, going on to claim eight straight national titles.
Wang said his strict diet consisted of hot pot broth with meat dipped in soy sauce and boiled chicken breast.
The dedicated bodybuilder also told fans that during Chinese New Year he would spend the entire holiday training in the gym rather than celebrating.
Over his career, Wang claimed an astonishing eight consecutive national titles.
His dominance cemented him as a household name in the bodybuilding scene.
Following the shock news, tributes poured in from devastated fans online.
One wrote: “Kun, RIP. What a pity.” Another added: “Rest in peace champ.”
Wang was also a professional athlete with the International Federation of Bodybuilding & Fitness Professional League.
Away from the stage, he was a businessman and gym owner.
The fitness star ran his own training facility called Muscle Factory.
The gym was based in his home city and had built a loyal following.
Wang was also on the verge of a major new chapter in his career.
He was preparing to open a brand new gym in Hefei, China but will tragically never get the chance to open it.
Apparently referring to his new gym venture, he wrote on social media: “A new starting point, a new world, is right before my eyes.”
His death was confirmed by a heartfelt announcement made by the Anhui Provincial Bodybuilding Association.
