Twisted by Wetzel’s has officially opened inside the kosher food court at American Dream Mall, becoming the first and only kosher-certified Wetzel’s Pretzels concept at the sprawling shopping and entertainment complex. Located next to Fish Grill, the new stand adds a recognizable national brand to the mall’s centralized kosher dining area, which continues to grow as American Dream attracts families and visitors spending full days on site.
American Dream has positioned itself as a destination where entertainment, shopping, and dining are all part of a single experience. The complex features year-round indoor skiing and snowboarding, snow tubing, an indoor water park, amusement rides, mini golf, ice skating, and extensive retail across multiple levels. For kosher-observant visitors, the kosher food court plays a critical role, allowing guests to enjoy everything the mall offers without leaving the building for food. Twisted by Wetzel’s fills a clear snack-focused gap within that lineup.
What’s on the Menu
Twisted by Wetzel’s at American Dream focuses on freshly baked pretzel items prepared on site. The menu includes classic soft pretzels along with a range of bite-sized and filled options that expand beyond a single grab-and-go item. Sweet selections include Cin-A-Bitz, the brand’s cinnamon sugar–coated pretzel bites, and Apple Cinnamon Bitz, featuring apple filling paired with cinnamon flavors.
Savory options are also available, including mozzarella sticks, branded in-store as Mozzarella Stickz. These items add a heartier dairy snack option for visitors between attractions or shopping stops. The beverage lineup includes flavored lemonades and other cold drinks commonly associated with the Wetzel’s brand, rounding out the quick-service menu.

Kosher Status
This Twisted by Wetzel’s location is fully kosher certified and operates as Cholov Yisroel. The kosher certification is under the supervision of Kof-K. In-store signage highlights that this is the first and only certified kosher Wetzel’s Pretzels bakery, a distinction that sets it apart within the mall.
It is also important to note that American Dream Mall has two additional Wetzel’s Pretzels locations elsewhere in the complex that are not kosher. Those locations operate separately from the kosher food court and do not carry kosher certification. Twisted by Wetzel’s inside the kosher food court is currently the only Wetzel’s-branded option at the mall offering kosher-certified products.

Location and Hours
Twisted by Wetzel’s is located in the kosher food court at American Dream Mall, next to Fish Grill, at 1 American Dream Way, East Rutherford, New Jersey. The stand operates Sunday through Thursday from 12:00pm to 9:00pm. On Saturday night, it is open from 7:00pm to 11:45pm. Friday and Saturday daytime hours follow the kosher food court’s adjusted schedule and are posted on site. Kosher certification is provided by Kof-K, and the location operates as Cholov Yisroel.
