More than 140,000 bottles of Mindbodygreen Ultimate Multivitamin+ are recalled.The bottles lack proper child-resistant caps, making it easier for children to access.No injuries reported, but those with recalled product should avoid use and request replacement.

There’s an active recall on multivitamins sold nationwide, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). This is due to a packaging issue that can cause serious injury or illness  children.

The product affected is Mindbodygreen’s Ultimate Multivitamin+ Dietary Supplement sold in 60-count bottles. The recalled bottles contain UPCs 850027975177 or 850027975429, and have a printed manufacturing date ranging from September 2021 through March 2025. The multivitamins were sold on the  website from November 2021 through November 2025, and approximately 148,370 bottles are affected by this recall. According to the CPSC, the bottles do not have the proper child-resistant packaging, which is required under the Poison Prevention Packaging Act.

While no illnesses or serious incidents have been reported so far, if you have multivitamins that match the recalled information, contact the company by email at multi@mindbodygreen.com for a replacement cap.
