Whether you’re a fitness fanatic looking to elevate your home gym or a beginner looking to try a new workout without breaking the bank, Aldi is launching a fitness range to help shoppers reach their goals. The range starts at £3.99 and will be coming to stores on August 21.
Featured in the collection are a range of items for both workout and recovery with everything from weights to massage guns. For those keen to get into shape without dropping loads of money of a gym membership, this could be a great place to start.
One of the items seen is Aldi’s Crane Battle Rope. The handy piece of equipment is perfect for both core and arm workouts, as well as serving as a great cardio warmup. Providing 8.4kg of weight and 12 metres long, this battle rope is available in a solid sleek black colourway for £26.99.

For strength training. the Crane 10kg Weighted Bag (£19.99) is perfect for adding an extra challenge to your workout.
Designed to help develop core strength, stability, balance and focus, it features five exterior handles to allow for a variety of training styles. It features a PVC outer and reinforced stitching for added durability.
Other weight training options include a selection of kettlebells, available in 4kg and 6kg (£6.99 each) or 10kg or 12kg (£12.99 each) to use for an array of targeted exercises and whole-body workouts.
To improve muscle mass, cardiovascular endurance and hand-eye coordination the Crane Slam Ball (£9.99), is complete with a no bounce design and a durable, textured surface for easy grip.
As well as workout gear, Aldi’s collection is ideal for those all-important warmups and cool downs with a foldable fitness mat (£19.99), available in dark grey or cream. Providing a comfortable and supportive surface for floor exercises, it is extra thick for more cushioning and folds up into four pieces to save space when not in use.

Recovery is just as important as training, and Aldi’s range includes tools to help relax and rejuvenate post-workout.
The Crane Massage Gun (£19.99) is said to provide “targeted relief for sore muscles” and has four interchangeable heads for every muscle, while the Crane Massage Roller (£3.99) is said to help “improve flexibility and reduce muscle tension” and comes in three colours of black, sage or cream with blue.
