Person of Interest, the US sci-fi crime drama created by Westworld’s Jonathan Nolan and executive produced by JJ Abrams, has just found itself a new streaming home in the UK. All five seasons and 103 episodes can now be streamed with a Prime Video subscription.

The show is set in a world where a scientific genius has created a machine that can supposedly predict terrorist events before they happen, and a burnt-out CIA agent is recruited to help prevent them.

The Passion of the Christ’s Jim Caviezel, Hidden Figures’ Taraji P Henson, Saw’s Michael Emerson and Angel’s Amy Acker lead a large cast that includes Sterling K Brown, Winston Duke, Leslie Odom Jr, and Mark Margolis, just to name a few.

A Prime Video subscription starts at £5.99 a month for a streaming only subscription, or £8.99 a month/£95 a year for Prime with the free delivery and other bonuses.

Or you can watch the show for free with ads on 5’s streaming service.

On Rotten Tomatoes, every season except for the first has a perfect 100% positive score from critics, and a 92% positive average in total.

Over on IMDb, Person of Interest has a very strong rating of 8.5/10 from over 200,000 user ratings.

“This is a cleverly made series with a kick ass plot, interesting acting and character and a very bad-ass hero,” reads one fan review, which also praised the show for keeping you “at the edge of your seat throughout” and not losing track of its original premise.

Another fan called it “truly an exceptional show” and cited the music choices and writing as its strongest points, while a third viewer said that the only bad thing about it was that it ended.

Meanwhile, Nolan is an executive producer on Fallout, which just returned for season 2 on Prime Video, while he is also working on an adaptation of another video game — in this case Wolfenstein — for the streamer.

Person of Interest can be streamed on Prime Video or 5.
