Coming up on Home and Away, Remi’s health crisis leads him to make some life-changing decisions. Elsewhere, Justin and Leah give up on their marriage, Sonny is praying for a miracle, and is there a new love on the horizon for Lacey?
Here’s a full collection of 13 big moments to come.
1. Jo dumps Eddie
Channel 5
Eddie finally owns up to Jo and admits that he left her in the train because he feared the roof was about to collapse. His confession leaves Jo realising they want different things in life, so she calls time on their engagement.
As Eddie leaves the Bay in shame, David assures Jo that she has done the right thing by following her heart.
2. Remi makes a rash decision
Channel 5
Remi is struggling to process his brain tumour diagnosis and continues to avoid Levi’s calls.
Fearful for the future, Remi decides to pull the plug on his record label and burns the business cards for Back on Track records.
3. Sonny is in despair
Channel 5
Over at the hospital, Sonny is hurt that Remi still hasn’t contacted him. He sends his best mate a desperate text, but there’s no reply.
Dana tries to offer her support by discussing accessible living options, but Sonny is irritated by her optimism.
After asking Dana to leave, Sonny desperately tries to move his legs.
4. Harper sides with Tane
Channel 5
Kerrie pays Tane a visit at the gym and asks if they can call a truce for the sake of little Archie.
She opens up about being abused in her past relationship, but that’s not enough for Tane to trust her.
Kerrie goes back to Harper and complains that Tane wouldn’t listen. But instead of taking her mum’s side, Harper backs Tane and insists that Kerrie can only have supervised visits with Archie.
5. Remi shares his secret with Cash

Eden fears Remi is being too hasty in closing the record label, but is shocked when he reveals Sonny may never walk again.
Later, Remi pulls Cash aside and reveals he’s transferring a million dollars into his account to take care of Eden and Sonny.
When Cash questions why, Remi shares his tumour diagnosis, but makes his friend promise not to tell Eden.
6. Justin sees red
Channel 5
Remi finally brings himself to see Sonny in the hospital and tells him that he’s shutting the business down. Instead of fighting his decision, Sonny gives Remi his support.
Meanwhile, Dana confides in John about Sonny’s condition. He urges her to be honest. Later, Dana and Sonny admit they’re scared for what lies ahead.
Leah also pays Sonny a visit, but when Justin sees them together, he’s furious that Leah went against his wishes.
7. Justin calls time on his marriage
Channel 5
Justin discharges himself from hospital and is taken in by Alf, who urges Marilyn not to tell Leah he’s there.
Leah soon gets the secret out of Marilyn and tries to confront Justin. He doesn’t want to know, and both Alf and Marilyn feel Leah has been unfair on her husband.
After talking things through with Alf, Justin tells Leah he’s reached a decision – he wants out of their marriage.
8. Mac and Levi are in a baby bubble
Channel 5
Mackenzie and Levi are counting down the days until she’s past the 12-week mark and they can announce their pregnancy.
Their alone time is interrupted by the return of Abigail and Mali, who are at odds over how to celebrate their anniversary.
The couple later agree to go to a nearby hotel. This is good news for Mac, who’s struggling to conceal her morning sickness.
9. Lacey has an admirer
Channel 5
Lacey’s week takes an unexpected turn when she bumps into Holden, a survivor from the train crash. Holden is smitten and asks Lacey out on a date, but it’s too soon for her after losing Theo.
David is on hand to offer his daughter advice and urges her to be honest with her feelings.
Lacey then meets up with Holden and opens up about her grief. She tells him she’d like to be friends and Holden happily agrees.
10. Leah fights for her love
Channel 5
Justin and David go for a walk to discuss his decision to end things with Leah.
The police boss is supportive and shares his insights into the complexities of marriage, which prompts Justin to admit how lonely he’s feeling.
Leah still wants to fight for their marriage and later begs Justin to come home. But he’s not ready for things to go back to the way they were.
11. Remi fears the worst
Channel 5
Eden can’t understand what’s going on with Remi, and Levi has to keep schtum as he’s bound by patient confidentiality.
Soon a notification pings on Cash’s phone to say that Remi has deposited a six-figure sum into his bank account to look after Eden and Sonny if the worst happens.
Levi goes to find Remi, who shows him a letter from his neurosurgeon. Remi is convinced the prognosis is bleak, but Levi insists it’s not a death sentence.
12. Leah and Justin reach the point of no return
Channel 5
Remi hands Theo’s guitar back to Leah and explains he’s shut down the recording studio.
She returns the instrument to Justin, insisting he should have it because music was his thing with Theo.
Leah has an honest chat with Justin and is forced to concede their marriage may never recover. Are they headed for a divorce?
13. Remi suffers another seizure
Channel 5
Cash arrives home from debriefing with Levi about Remi, to be met by an impatient Eden. She can tell something is wrong and demands to know what he’s hiding.
Unable to break Remi’s confidence, Cash lies that he’s been trying to get her on the volunteer program at work.
Elsewhere, Remi turns to drink to numb his pain, but is soon overcome with a seizure. Will he be found in time?
