A 65-year-old grandma and fitness instructor has revealed one of the crucial techniques she uses to stay in such sexy condition. Super-fit Lesley Maxwell adores caring for her physique and even draws attention from men half her age.

The glamorous gran, who enjoys pumping iron, recently posted on Instagram to share her guidance where she filmed a clip at the gym. She appeared in workout gear and tights on her hands and knees as she displayed her method. Lesley then began to arch her spine up and down highlighting her rock-hard stomach abs, before getting on her knees and sitting in different poses to exercise her thighs and calves as well.

“Stretching is underrated, a great way to increase circulation plus increase our range of motion,” Lesley proclaimed in a caption. “Oh… and it feels good.”

Responding to her clip, one admirer proclaimed: “Absolutely amazing as always Lesley.” A second individual gushed: “The way you stretch is sexy and attractive, keep it up.”

Meanwhile a third Instagram follower noted: “Looking so beautiful, sexy and strong, Lesley with that gorgeous muscle, toned body, pretty smile and lovely eyes. Have a wonderful work out.”

Lesley, who hails from Melbourne, Australia, has previously outlined her three favourite abdominal exercises.

She revealed: “These are: 1. Squat down low and reach for the steak and eggs in your fridge.

“2. Weight train to develop muscle mass that burns calories for you even when you’re not exercising.

“3. Hanging knee raises plus ab bicycle exercises…or choose your favourite ab exercises.”

The fitness enthusiast, who insists that age presents no barrier to staying fit, credits her physical shape to daily dedication, intensive weightlifting and a unique training regime she has developed over the years.

She elaborated: “My routine consists of training my lower body with every workout, so that’s four days week. And I do my signature ‘alternating sets’ so that a lower body exercise followed by an upper body exercise.

“Sometimes I can do 50 hanging knee raises as I like hanging from the chin-up bar. It’s a great stretch for the spine, plus a challenging ab exercise.”

Meanwhile, in an effort to demonstrate to others that they can reach their fitness ambitions later in life, Lesley is entering a body sculpting competition next month.

The All Natural Figure Competitions is scheduled for April 2026, where she hopes to triumph over fellow competitors while motivating others in the process.
